You know where the big money is in the new gTLDs? Losing auctions. Early on I was part of an investment group looking to apply for a new gTLD. We found some we liked but when we found out there were other applicants we moved to another because we wanted to own a G and not get beat out. In hindsight we should have wanted to get beat out. The losers or the auctions get a percentage of the money fromthe winning bidders and that often millions and millions. I’m too lazy to see who the competitors were in the dot web auction but all of them took home millions. Its one of the few times that I would love to be a loser over and over again. SoftWar.com Getting bids. Probably because its how they pronounce Software in Texas

WackyBox.com No bids at $12. A bit goofy but memorable and that’s all that counts
BigPeek.com Memorable as well and no bids. Kind of excited to get a sneak peak

Novo.co These were the only type of dot co I bought early. CVCV that rhymed with co
7AV.com V used to be bad and then Virtual came along
